Founded in 2000, Binzhou Zhongshun Internal Combustion Engine Parts Co., Ltd. is located in the Chinese piston city-Beicheng Industrial Park, Binzhou, Shandong province, where the transportation is convenient, and adjacent to Binzhou-Boshan Expressway, National Highway 205, National Highway 220 and the new-built Dezhou-Longkou Railway.
我公司主导产品为(铝活塞内冷油道)盐芯，共有员工300人。公司现有生产能力：(铝活塞内冷油道)盐芯 240万只/年。
Our predominant product is salt core (for inner cooling gallery of aluminum pistons) and there are 300 employees totally in the company. Our current production capacity is 2.4 million salt cores (for inner cooling gallery of aluminum piston)/year.

Our company is a professional salt core (for inner cooling gallery of aluminum piston) producer in China with abundant funds and technical advantages in the production of salt cores. Mr. Dong Guo’en, the President, independently researched and developed the production technology of salt cores (for inner cooling gallery of aluminum piston) successfully in 2003, and now we can produce the salt cores of various shapes according to customer’s drawings. 内冷却油道活塞是汽车发动机使用的新型活塞，由于它满足汽车发动机高速高负荷的工作要求，减少尾气排放，减少环境污染，正被世界各国广泛应用于汽车发动机上，内冷却油道的形成方法主要有压配法、铜管法可溶性盐芯法等，而可溶性盐芯法是当今世界上最先进的内冷却油道的形成方法，盐芯技术铸造内冷却油道活塞工艺技术是用可溶性盐芯类经特殊加工而成，具有特定的形状和足够强度，表面光滑的型盐芯，在铸造活塞毛坯时采用销钉固定的方法将盐芯安装于铸模中，铸造出活塞毛坯后用水冲洗溶解盐芯，在活塞头部形成光滑的空腔通道，即内冷却油道活塞。在工作时，冷却油喷入油道冷却活塞，使活塞顶面头部温度降低，提高活塞的升功率，其盐芯制造工艺技术居国内领先水平。
Inner cooling gallery piston is a new type piston used in automobile engines. Because of meeting the requirements of high speed and high load of automobile engines, reducing emissions and environmental pollution, such piston is being widely used in automobile engines throughout the world. The forming of inner cooling gallery is mainly by press fitting, copper pipe and soluble salt core, etc. means, while the soluble salt core method is the most advanced one for forming inner cooling gallery in the world today. The process of producing inner cooling gallery piston with salt core technology uses soluble salt cores by special processing, that is, the mould salt cores with special shape, sufficient strength and smooth surface are mounted and fixed in the casting mould with pins when casting piston blank, after piston blank is cast, the salt core is washed with water to dissolve to form a smooth gallery with cavity at the piston head that is inner cooling gallery piston. In working, the cooling oil spurts into gallery to cool piston to reduce the temperature of the head on the top side of piston and improve the power per liter of the piston. Such a salt core production process takes the leading in China.
